Joel Cummings is a veteran golf instructor with over 19 years of experience in player development and high school coaching, working with both junior and adult golfers of all skill levels. His teaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving course management, and developing a lifelong enjoyment of the game. A former contributor to the U.S. Kids Golf program and a First Tee volunteer coach, Joel is especially passionate about junior golf development. He creates a positive, structured environment where young players can grow their skills and confidence. He also incorporates the Operation 36 program, guiding juniors through clear, achievement-based progressions that make learning both effective and fun. For adult golfers, Joel provides personalized instruction designed to refine technique, improve consistency, and lower scores.
